Kumusta?
Hello, I’m Marga and this is my very first post here on Substack!
I used to feel like my mind was its own little universe. Full of stories, ideas, and dreams that felt bigger than myself. My heart lived in books. I cared deeply about things. And somewhere inside my very shy self was this quiet belief that maybe I could change the world, or at least leave something meaningful behind.
Then life happened.
Somewhere along the way, I think I lost touch with that version of myself. Days became routines. Work slowly took over every part of me. And without even noticing it, I started feeling like life was happening somewhere far away from me instead of around me.
I used to write over on WordPress, but lately I’ve felt drawn to start fresh and bring most of my work here instead. Maybe this space is my way of finding my way back to myself again.
I don’t fully know what I’m doing here yet. I just know I want to live more outside of work, outside of survival mode. I want hobbies again. Curiosity again. Maybe even joy again. I want to romanticize small things, read more books, leave my bed before noon, and care deeply about life the way I used to.
So this little corner of the internet will probably be filled with raw, personal, and reflective essays about anything that moves me enough to write about it. Growing older, anxiety, books, identity, quiet dreams, messy thoughts at 2 AM, and all the small things in between.
So welcome.
If you’re also trying to navigate anxiety, growing pains, loneliness, or the strange grief of becoming an adult who no longer recognizes themselves sometimes, maybe you’ll find a home here too.

I used to write on WordPress too.
Also Geocities though that may show my age a little...
Welcome here, you will find your way here, perhaps with interest and inspiration. :) Best wishes
